
Tori Ernst is an award-winning actor, writer, and filmmaker.
Tori has starred in several independent films including Not Him (Winner Best Thriller Blackbird Film Festival), Consider the Lilies (Winner BNL Paribas Award for Best Short Film, Rome Film Festival 2023), and Cockroach (Audience Choice Film Award Sydney Underground Film Festival).
Tori wrote and starred in the short film Counting, which was selected for the Festival de Cannes Short Film Corner in 2022. Counting also earned Tori an Achievement in Writing Award from Bridgeport Film Festival and the Best Actor Award from The Oregon Short Film Festival. Counting was re-scored by Sony Music and currently has over 16K views on YouTube.
Tori received her MFA from The New School in 2019. Select theater credits include “Lula” in Dutchman (dir. Rashid Johnson, Performa), “Sadie” in The Page Turners (Portland Stage, Mallory Jane Weiss), and “Geraldine” in Harboured (En Garde Arts).
Tori is currently developing her first feature film, which she co-wrote and will star in, based on the short film Not Him.
Tori co-founded the nobodies collective an incubator for new works.
